LITTLE WING GUY'S PROFILE

Deadlines motivate me moar! This time I will release a demo, if I don't, just fricken ban me or something.

I'm assuming thats a promotional poster/ sig Craze. Looks cool, at first glance I thought it was a very odd screenshot xD. I dread to think if anyone still uses RM95...

Took all fricken day, i'm some what sick of seeing it xD. I'm happish with it, doesn't seem like theres much more I can do.


How are people taking their screenshots? I have to screendump, hence the quality.

Just finished the latest Demo, thought I'd give you some hopefully helpful feedback.

Mapping
Can't really criticize you for this, not everyone's good at it and it takes time. You're not great at it, I'll be honest but you're not terrible at it either, its very liveable and that's all that we ask. But there is room for improvement, shown by the clear improvements with each map as you go along, I'm sure you'll be pretty much amazing by the time your reach the third. Practise makes perfect.

Story
General Story is OK. There's enough going on at each place you reach to keep you interested. My only concern is how fast it is, especially at the beginning. One minute your a normal boy, then next second you on your destiny without really questioning it. That's fine and all, its just I felt thrown in a little too fast for my liking. No one really wants to do "Find the Mayors necklace" right at the start, perhaps you could have introduced Sakuza and Iris better. Some people like that, if you do, then that's all that matters.

Custom Menu/ Battle
Custom Menus nice, I understand its not finished, but it was easy enough to navigate, it wasn't an eyesore or anything either. I can't help but feel like your could have used the standard menu screen and used the custom one for Quests, Party Leader Change, learning skills etc. The only reason being, equipping your characters was tough. I couldn't tell what I was wearing or what it was doing to me, I obtained a few swords but I had no clue which was better. (If your planning on fixing it, ignore that, the rest of it works well)

Battles were fun, one on one were easy enough, multiple enemies posed more of a treat. the only problem and I know it's difficult with an ABS, but monsters don't have a strategy, you just sort of hack away at them. Not every monster needs to have one, perhaps just bosses instead of "Once I get you in the corner, SWORD RAPE!"

Without being able to use skills in the demo I can't really say a lot else.

Overall I really did enjoyed it, I'm not being mean or anything, just hope that helps. looking forward to the full version so hurry it up XD.

A fan game worthy of the name Final Fantasy. Not that it has much to live up to anymore xD. What i'm trying to say is great work, I was sketchy at first but three screenshots and a fantasic title screen is enough to win me over and pull it from the sea of terrible Cloud cameo FF fan games.

Same here. I hate NPCs that are always: "The Castle is up ahead" It's like yeah I already knew that, thanks, how about some decent info?

Some games treat NPCs as a source of almost useless information. NPCs that say different things, tell me about the world a bit, say something funny, stupid or when you get to do something mean to them. Thats what I like lol.

The more interactive and NPC the better. Of course, no one has the time for that.
